Join us for an array of voices, languages and poems for the launch of the spring issue of Modern Poetry in Translation, as part of Swansea University Cultural Institute’s series of events celebrating International Women’s Day. Editor Clare Pollard will chair a discussion on translation, 21st century women’s poetry and the diverse language communities of Britain followed by a gala reading featuring poets from Swansea, Wales and across the UK, including multi-award winning poets Sabrina Mahfouz, Menna Elfyn and Liz Berry. An evening of words, performance and cutting-edge literature, not to be missed.
